Data collected

Contact form (name, e-mail, phone, message); client account (name, e-mail, phone, billing details); messages sent by visitors of rented sites (name, contact details, message), passed on to the professional renting the site. Clicks on “Show number” and WhatsApp are counted without personal data.

Use

Answering your messages, managing your account and rentals, invoicing, and connecting site visitors with the professional renting the site.

Recipients

RankoGroup teams and your RankoWeb advisor. Technical processors: Cloudflare (hosting, e-mail) and, for payments, Stripe. No data is sold.

Retention

Up to 3 years after the last contact for prospects and visitors; the legal period (10 years) for invoices.

International transfers

RankoGroup LLC and its host Cloudflare are based in the United States. Transfers of data from the European Union rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability. To exercise them, write to contact@rankoweb.com. You may also contact your data-protection authority.

Cookies

No analytics or advertising cookies. Only settings needed for the site to work are kept in your browser (light/dark theme, referral code).
