Purpose
These terms govern the RankoWeb service: renting websites that rank well on Google and ChatGPT to professionals, so that they get customers and qualified leads (calls, WhatsApp messages, forms). Prices are shown excluding VAT.
The service
Each site targets one trade and one area (city, region or country). It is rented to a single professional at a time: during the rental, no other RankoWeb client can rent that site. RankoWeb hosts the site, keeps it up to date and reports its results (visitors, calls, leads) in the client area.
Demo and free trial
Before the trial, the client books a demo of about 10 minutes with a RankoWeb advisor. The site is reserved for them during that time. After the demo, the advisor opens access: the 30-day free trial starts, with no commitment. One free trial per site and per client.
Rent and reviews
When the trial ends, the monthly rent applies. It is never below €49 excl. VAT per month; above that, its minimum depends on the trade, the city and the competition. It is reviewed every 3 months based on the site’s results (calls, forms, WhatsApp, traffic), up or down, by 20% at most per review; the tenant is notified 15 days in advance. The advisor may agree on another rent with the client, never below this minimum.
Plans
Monthly: no minimum term. Annual: 12 months paid in advance with a 30% discount, fixed price for the paid year. Purchase: the site is sold for a price equal to 36 months of rent.
Payment and late payment
The rent is paid from the client area by automatic debit. If no payment is made when the trial ends, the client has a 7-day grace period and is notified by e-mail. After that, the rental ends and the site may be offered to another professional.
Cancellation
The tenant may cancel at any time from their client area, with 30 days’ notice. The annual plan runs until the end of the paid year.
Prospects
Prospects received by the site are available to the current tenant in their client area and are notified to them. When the rental ends, this access ends. The tenant handles these prospects professionally and in line with data-protection rules.
Tenant obligations
The tenant actually practises the trade presented on the site, answers the prospects received and does not use the site for any unlawful activity. They provide accurate information (phone number, billing details).
Results and rent
The service aims to bring at least 10 prospects per month per site (calls, forms, WhatsApp), counted in the client area. This is a goal, not a guaranteed result: if a site brings fewer prospects, no compensation is due, but the rent reflects it, because it is reviewed every 3 months based on the site’s results, never below the minimum rent. Each site shows its real results before the rental. If traffic drops sharply for a reason attributable to RankoWeb, billing is suspended.
Applicable law
The laws of the State of New Mexico (United States) apply. Before any legal action, we look for an amicable solution with you. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain applicable.
